The 10ft Flip

With the reel engaged, slowly work the lure toward the target in a pendulam motion to gently drop the lure on the target while feeding line with your free hand.

The 20ft Pitch

Can be done like a pendulam, or the lure can be held in a pitching motion (do not load the rod and snap to the target).

30ft Cast

Can be overhand, 3/4 or even side arm. Can be bounced off the backboard. (Sorry about the hyperspeed demonstration, should have given her a little less sugar...).
