| 1. | Initial bids need to be mailed to: Mickey Goetting Skeeter Bid 1988 Parkway Ave Shakopee, MN 55379 952 403 1254 |
| 2. | Bids must include: the bid amount your name, address, phone number, email address, and a $250.00 deposit check payable to the Minnesota BASS Federation |
| 3. | Bidders must be members of the Minnesota BASS Federation |
| 4. | The minimum bid will start at $14,000. |
| 5. | Tying bids will be ranked by the envelope postmark date. |
| 6. | Deposits will be refunded if you lose the bid and do not care to re-bid. |
| 7. | Deposits will not be refunded if you are the highest bid but do not complete the purchase. |
| 8. | Once you have bid and mailed the deposit, you may raise your bid amount via email to mgoetting@mnbfn.org or by calling 952-403-1254 and not have to pay a new deposit. |
| 9. | Bids will be accepted from 9 AM (CST) March 1, 2008 until 9 PM (CST) March 31, 2008. |
| 10. | Winning bidder will be notified the first week of April and full payment will be expected upon delivery of the boat package. |
| 11. | If the winning bidder fails to complete the purchase, their deposit will be forfeited and the next highest bidder will be notified. |
| 12. | Highest bidder/purchaser will be responsible for all taxes, licenses,and registration fees. |
| 13. | All warranties will be through the appropriate manufacturers. |
| 14. | The Minnesota State Bass Chapter Federation relinquishes all responsibilities for boat package once the sale is final. |
