Request for B.A.S.S. Certificate of Insurance
The insurance coverage is not individual insurance. It is third party coverage that covers the club, BOD, state B.A.S.S. Nation , national B.A.S.S. Nation , B.A.S.S. etc. The coverage is not voided if your club or state holds an open event, such as charity events. You are allowed to have "guests" fish events. However, if someone that is regularly fishing or state events has an accident and the insurance company investigates and finds out they are a regular attendee and not a guest, the insurance coverage could be voided.

If a team trail is planning on partnering with the B.A.S.S. Nation, but not going to require all participants to be B.A.S.S. Nation members, the trail must have its own insurance. If all members are B.A.S.S. Nation members and the B.A.S.S. Nation is listed on the trail for example the John Doe MNBN team trail, the trail is covered.
